The conference paper titled "Eating the Korean Wave: Korean Restaurants in Ankara" presented the preliminary findings of the project led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hatice Çelik from the Department of Asian Studies including Dr. Yusuf Avcı from the same department, and Sıla Selin Türkel, a doctoral student in the Department of Area Studies, as researchers. The paper was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hatice Çelik and Sıla Selin Türkel at the "CREATIVE KOREA: Exploring Contemporary Korean Cultural Industries and Cultural Production" conference, which took place on May 4-5 at the University of Bologna.
