Documents for Registration

 

Documents to be submitted to the Institute for Area Studies by the accepted applicants during the registration.

Documents Required for Registration to PhD Programs

1. Original and photocopy or notarised version of Undergraduate Program Diploma or Temporary Graduation Certificate (For some programs)
2. Original and photocopy or approved version of the Transcript for the Undergraduate Programme
3. Original and photocopy or notarised version of Graduate Program Diploma or Temporary Graduation Certificate
4. Original and photocopy or approved version of the Transcript for the Graduate Program
5. Internet printout of ALES Score*
6. Internet printout for English Proficiency Exam Score**
7. Copy of National ID Card
8. Two passport-size photos
9. Document for Military Service for Male Applicants

Documents Required for Registration to Master Programs with thesis

1. Original and photocopy or notarised version of Undergraduate Program Diploma or Temporary Graduation Certificate

2. Original and photocopy or approved version of the Transcript for the Undergraduate Programme

3. Internet printout of ALES Score*
4. Internet printout of English Proficiency Exam Score**

5. Copy of National ID Card

6. Two passport-size photos

7. Document for Military Service for Male Applicants

* ALES Result is valid for five (5) years.

** For exams like KPDS, ÜDS, YDS and e-YDS whose validity period is not definite, the validity period is five (5) years as of the date of the exam.
