A faculty member of the Department of African Studies, Dr. Valerio COLOSIO's article titled “Becoming a slave-descendant: labels and paths of emancipation in Northern and Central Chad” has been published in the Canadian Journal of African Studies.

Head of Asian Studies Department Asst. Prof. Dr. Hatice Çelik made a presentation titled “Developmental State and South Korea” at the "Panel of Development-Foreign Policy Nexus of the Republic of Korea Compared to Asian Rising Powers in the G20" on 25 November 2021.
