As part of ASBEN 2019 Colloquium Series, Zambia's Ambassador to Turkey  H.E. Joseph Chilengi gave a seminar titled, " Africa and the ICC:The Case of Sudan" on Wednesday, December 4th, 2019, in Rectorate Guvercinlik Hall. The Rector of ASBU Prof. Dr. Mehmet Barca receives the Zambian Ambassador. Ghana’s Ambassador to Turkey H.E Salma Frances Mancell-Egala also attended the program.

Assist. Prof. Dr. Hatice Çelik, Department Chair of Asian Studies, has presented two papers titled “Asian Studies in Turkey” and “Changing Foreign Policy of South Korea after the Cold War” at the 16th national congress of Turkish Social Sciences Association on 26-28th of November at METU.
